ODSData - Automatic data processing

ODSData is an automatic data processing software which allow the users to obtain concentration of each compound from raw MS and instrument data by a single click.

With its background data download script, ODSData can automatically obtain raw analysis data collected by ODSControl software of the control PC. ODSData will decompress data, match parameters, integrate chromatogram, identify compounds, calibrate concentration and show concentration-time profile all by itself.

ODSData can graphically display the concentration data of each monitored compound as well as other parameters such as peak area, peak height, sampling volume, trap temperatures, etc., which is convenient for researchers to analyze the data.

ODSData also supports manual quality control, accuracy calculation and background value screening.
