ODSControl - System control and data collection

ODSControl is specially developed for control, data acquisition, alarm handling of Tianji ambient air monitoring system.

ODSControl is developed based on Windows operating system. It can monitor and control GC, mass spectrometry, flowmeter, valves, pressure sensor, cryocooler and other components in real time. It can also collect data from GC, mass spectrometry and other components and save the data in several different forms. ODSControl operates Tianji ambient air monitoring systems by its preset programs, and completes the analysis process and data acquisition automatically. ODSControl also allow users to create their own programs through a straightforward XML inferface.

ODSControl provides sequence operation function, which can realize continuous analysis of designated injection ports. When one injection port is connected to air sampling module, the system can be used for in-situ air monitoring. Or the injection ports can be connected to up to 9 canisters for

automatic sequential analysis of off-line samples in laboratory.

ODSControl also has a alarm handling system, which can monitor abnormal situation of the system. It will notify the management personnel by email, and automatically perform protective operation in case of serious alarm, so as to ensure the safety of the system.
